supposedly you can figure out if you have the viseral fat as it willnot shift when you lay down ir is held in place by your abdominal muscle wall but the subcutaneous fat will so you check your standing wasit diameter and your laying down waist diameter. if you got a big change then your fat is subcutaneous they refer to it as SAT fat and not Viserol fat which they refer to as VAT. there is a ratio number in the book for you to see if you are a candidate for their new book plan or not.
